HEALTHY SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Hey beautifuls! I know this is a bit different to my normal posts but I said I wanted to bring fitness/lifestyle into my blog and smoothies are a part of my lifestyle and so I wanted to share my favourite one with you! You can make this using any kind of fruit you would like! You can also change the yoghurt to any yoghurt of your choice or even coconut milk. I don't stick to a proper recipe I just sort of wing it.
Here is the fruit I decided to use. I went with strawberries, blueberries and mango. I also decided to use Mango, papaya and passion fruit yoghurt. These are the fruits I absolutely LOVE!
Start chopping up all the fruit you chose so that they're relatively small pieces.
Once its all chopped up, put the fruit and a couple of ice cubes into a blender and blend blend blend blend (at least there's a makeup reference in there)
Once it's all finely blended pop in the yoghurt of your choice. For one serving I tend to use around 3 table spoons of yoghurt. Switch the blender on again for a few more seconds and it's ready!
There you go! that's my smoothie! It was delicious! Like I said, you can use any fruit and yoghurt you want but that's what I went with. I find these are surprisingly filling too! I like to make these for breakfast because I always forget breakfast and it's so important!
